These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Colour for Confidence (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. About Our Services

Colour for Confidence provides in-person colour analysis consultations designed to help clients understand the colours that best complement their natural features.

We currently offer colour analysis services only. We plan to introduce style analysis services in the future, and these Terms & Conditions will apply to all services unless otherwise stated.

All consultations are delivered in person only. We do not currently offer virtual or online appointments.

2. Bookings & Payment

All appointments must be booked in advance and are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer only, and booking details will be provided at the time of reservation.

Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will always be honoured.

Your appointment is not secured until payment has been received in full.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change.

• Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking, with sufficient notice.

If you cancel or request a change with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking is generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

However, at the discretion of Colour for Confidence, we may offer a transfer or alternative arrangement in cases of genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances.

Repeated rescheduling may result in loss of booking priority.

Colour for Confidence reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances we will either offer a full refund or an alternative appointment date.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure we do not impact other clients, with no refund for lost time.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show and cancelled at our discretion, without refund.

• Full payment is retained for missed appointments.

5. Nature of the Service & Client Understanding

Colour analysis is a personal styling service based on professional assessment techniques, visual evaluation, and interpretation.

We aim to provide the most accurate and helpful analysis possible. However, results are intended as guidance rather than absolute or objective classification. Personal preference, lifestyle, and individual interpretation will always play a role in how recommendations are applied.

6. Future Services - Style Analysis

From time to time, we may introduce additional services such as style analysis, wardrobe consultations, and personal shopping.

Where new services are introduced, they will be subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise stated.

7. Client Responsibility

Any decisions made based on your colour analysis, including clothing, hair, makeup, or accessory purchases, are made at your own discretion.

We are not responsible for any purchases made following your consultation.

8. Health & Sensitivities

Your consultation involves the use of fabric drapes. You must inform us in advance of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or relevant medical conditions.

We cannot be held responsible for reactions where no prior disclosure has been made.

9. Photography & Marketing

From time to time, we may ask to take photographs or record short videos during or after your consultation for use in:

• Social media

• Marketing materials

• Website content

• Educational purposes.

No images will be used without your explicit consent, which will be requested at the time of your appointment.

You may choose not to be photographed, and this will not affect your consultation in any way.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during or after your consultation, including but not limited to:

• Colour palettes and swatch books

• Digital or printed guides

• Written recommendations

• Training or educational content

remain the intellectual property of Colour for Confidence.

These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our services, refunds are not offered once a consultation has taken place.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and address your concerns where appropriate.

12. Liability

We accept no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of advice or recommendations provided during your consultation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

Your information is used solely for the purposes of managing your booking, delivering services, and communicating with you about your appointment.

14. Governing Law

These Terms &; Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
