I provide professional personal colour analysis, which includes identifying your seasonal palette and providing digital or physical colour guides.

• Accuracy: Results are based on my professional training and standardised lighting conditions. Please note that screen resolutions and individual eye physiology can slightly alter how colours appear.

• Preparation: For the most accurate results, I require clients to attend sessions without makeup or self-tan and wearing neutral-coloured clothing where possible.

2. Bookings and Information

• Booking Form: To secure a session, you must complete my booking form. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Communication: By providing your details, you consent to me contacting you regarding your appointment and the delivery of your results.

3. Data Protection & Privacy

I take your privacy seriously. The details collected via my booking form (such as Name, Email, and Phone) are handled in accordance with UK data protection principles:

• Usage: Data is used solely for the purpose of providing your service and communicating regarding your appointment.

• Storage: Your personal information is stored securely and will never be shared with or sold to third parties.

• Photos: If you submit photos for analysis, these will be deleted from my primary storage within 30 days of session completion unless you provide express written consent for me to use them for marketing or portfolio purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the session, including custom palettes, digital lookbooks, and educational guides, are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or licence these materials for commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

While I strive for the highest level of accuracy, colour analysis is a subjective stylistic tool. I am not liable for any dissatisfaction regarding clothing or makeup purchases made by the client following the session.
